· Oversee recruiting systems, job boards, sourcing tools, referral programs, applicant tracking workflows, recruiting events, technology/vendor budgets, KPI reporting, and accurate record-keeping for Director of Human Resources oversight.

· Evaluate and communicate recruiting metrics, including time to fill, time to hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, cost per hire, candidate pipeline health, and related recruiting performance indicators.

· Guide compensation alignment, offer strategy, and candidate closing in coordination with HR, finance, leadership, and hiring stakeholders.

· Champion compliant recruiting practices aligned with employment laws, EEO/AAP requirements, customer requirements, internal policies, and documentation standards.

· Safeguard the company’s professional reputation while protecting confidential candidate, employee, compensation, contract, and business-sensitive information.

· Advance process improvements that strengthen recruiting efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and candidate experience; perform additional recruiting, staffing, HR, and operational duties as assigned.

Experience

· Recruiting background includes Secret, TS/SCI, and potential polygraph populations, including clearance verification and coordination.

· Uses applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, cleared job boards, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools with advanced proficiency.

· Advises executives, hiring managers, program leaders, HR, security, contracts, finance, and external partners on staffing priorities and recruiting decisions.

· Exercises sound judgment when managing competing priorities, urgent staffing requirements, confidential information, and sensitive business needs.

· Communicates at an executive level through candidate engagement, stakeholder updates, hiring manager guidance, and leadership reporting.
