As a Program Lead, you will:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Supervisor, Post-Employment Services, including documentation, schedule coordination, follow-up, data tracking, and timely reporting.
- Spend time at job sites conducting site visits, quality assurance checks, job coaching, and direct observation of service delivery.
- Coordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and people supported; update and maintain scheduling systems and tracking spreadsheets.
- Monitor timesheets for accuracy (missed punches, meal breaks, scheduling alignment) and report out to supervisor if changes are necessary.
- Monitor authorized hours to ensure services stay within approved limits.
- Coordinate and support the IHSP reporting process, including tracking due dates, gathering required information, drafting reports, routing reports for review, and maintaining completed documentation.
- Provide training to Job Coaches as needed to strengthen service quality and staff performance.
- Observe employment services and identify support needs, service delivery concerns, or opportunities for improvement; communicate findings and follow-up needs to the Supervisor.

Compensation:
- Starting at $22.00- $26.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications).

- Employee Assistance Program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an employment or community-based setting.
- 1-2 years of administrative or program support experience preferred.
- Experience in human services or employment services preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting background clearance.
- Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
