About This Position
Job Overview:
The Agent Liaison is responsible for supporting the company's telecommunications agents by providing training, support, and assistance. This role involves collaborating with agents to resolve issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address agent needs, and promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and support to agents on the company's products and services, sales processes, and policies.
- Address agent inquiries and issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions and communications.
- Coordinate with the company's sales team to promote and market products and services to agents.
- Monitor agent performance metrics and provide feedback to help agents achieve their goals.
- Assist with onboarding new agents by providing training and support during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the company's marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting agents.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services to agents.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to improve the agent experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services, sales processes, and policies.
