Production Associate – Food Manufacturing & Innovation

What You’ll Do

Prepare fresh ingredients, recipes, and large production batches

Operate food manufacturing and automated packaging equipment

Monitor product quality and follow production procedures

Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements

Use pallet jacks and material-handling equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support different areas of production as needed and work collaboratively with teammates

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for great people, not perfect résumés. No manufacturing experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training. Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse operations, agriculture, culinary work, or mechanical trades is helpful, but not required.

Willing to learn, use machinery and technology, and stay active throughout the shift

Working Conditions

Standing and walking throughout the shift

Wet and dry production environments

Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds

Bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement

Working around food manufacturing equipment

Occasional outdoor loading and unloading in varying weather conditions
