This role sits at the intersection of data, business strategy, and credit product performance, focusing on optimizing the lifecycle of credit solutions such as working capital, account limits, and credit cards. You will analyze customer behavior across the funnel to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Working closely with product, credit, pricing, and CRM teams, you will influence strategic decisions and help shape the roadmap of key financial products. The position requires a strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies. You will also play a key role in monitoring campaigns, evaluating outcomes, and supporting segmentation strategies for targeted initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven environment where your insights directly impact credit performance and customer experience.
- Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards to monitor performance of credit products and portfolio health.
- Analyze customer behavior across credit funnels to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
- Track and evaluate campaigns and initiatives, including forecasting expected outcomes and measuring results.
- Support customer segmentation strategies for marketing, CRM, and sales activation initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on credit metrics such as conversion, portfolio performance, delinquency, and cohorts (safras).
- Partner with product, credit, pricing, and CRM teams in cross-functional forums to support decision-making.
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Document analyses, processes, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience working with BI tools for dashboards and data visualization.
- Background in data analysis within Credit, CRM, Marketing, Sales, or Financial Services environments.
- Strong understanding of credit-related metrics such as conversion rates, portfolio performance, cohorts, and delinquency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence business decisions through data.
- Nice to have: experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques.
