This is an exciting opportunity for a senior content and conversational design professional passionate about creating impactful AI-driven user experiences. In this role, you will shape and optimize conversational journeys for a financial assistant platform used daily by thousands of customers, transforming interactions into intuitive, efficient, and highly engaging experiences. You will combine UX writing, conversational AI strategy, and data analysis to continuously improve performance metrics and user satisfaction. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams, you will help evolve AI communication into a scalable and business-oriented product experience. This role is ideal for someone who sees conversation design as both a creative and analytical discipline, driven by experimentation, user empathy, and measurable results.
- Design and optimize conversational experiences focused on reducing friction and improving user outcomes.
- Define and evolve the AI assistant’s tone of voice, ensuring clarity, consistency, accessibility, and natural interactions.
- Structure and improve conversational flows with a strong focus on resolution efficiency and conversion performance.
- Analyze real user conversations to identify pain points, ambiguities, drop-off patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor key metrics such as success rates, fallback occurrences, resolution times, and customer satisfaction indicators.
- Translate data insights into actionable improvements for conversational experiences and business performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for messages, interaction flows, engagement strategies, and recovery approaches.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align conversational improvements with business goals.
- Support initiatives focused on activation, retention, and product adoption through conversational experiences.
- Promote UX writing best practices and share knowledge across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex experiences.
- Experience designing conversational AI solutions and chatbot interactions.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with deep sensitivity to user experience and communication clarity.
- Experience working with hypothesis-driven design and experimentation methodologies.
- Ability to connect UX decisions with business metrics and measurable outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding language consistency and AI behavior.
- Ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt language for different audiences and contexts.
- Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative, and results-oriented environments.
- Nice to have: experience with Design Systems and content governance practices.
- Nice to have: knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM limitations, and RAG concepts.
- Nice to have: experience in fintech or financial services environments.
- Nice to have: experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing digital journeys.
- Nice to have: familiarity with accessibility guidelines such as WCAG.
- Nice to have: experience participating in user research activities including usability testing and interviews.
