In this role, you will oversee the successful execution and growth of strategic healthcare and pharmaceutical programs while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

• Lead strategic and operational planning for specialized healthcare and patient support programs.
• Manage and mentor Program Managers and team members to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
• Oversee program operations including budgeting, staffing, utilization, profitability, and performance tracking.
• Support financial activities such as invoicing, expense management, contracting, purchasing, and vendor oversight.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting account management initiatives.
• Present operational updates, program performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, quality improvement, and enhanced service delivery.
• Support forecasting, staffing plans, business development initiatives, and proposal development activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and continuous improvement.
• Monitor risks, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting and escalation of adverse events and other compliance-related activities.
• Drive team development through coaching, performance management, objective setting, and professional growth planning.

This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical services and patient support environments.

• University degree in science, healthcare, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or specialty services industry.
• At least 2 years of people management experience leading operational or program teams.
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting strategic account initiatives.
• Strong understanding of patient support programs, specialty pharmaceutical services, or rare disease programs.
• Excellent business acumen with experience in budgeting, profitability analysis, and operational management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with proposal writing, pricing, contracting, and client presentations is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs, risk management, clinical research, or healthcare compliance is highly valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills are considered an asset.
