About the role:
SpeedX is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-driven Administrative Operations Supervisor to support and oversee last-mile delivery operations. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service excellence, and supporting day-to-day administrative and logistical functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, data analysis experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily last-mile delivery operations, including scheduling, route coordination, tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze operational data and delivery metrics using Excel and other data analytics tools to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Monitor route optimization initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and customer feedback documentation.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including dispatch, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance delivery performance and operational productivity.
- Provide administrative oversight, including report preparation, documentation management, and meeting coordination.
- Support leadership with operational planning, compliance tracking, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with web-based operational systems.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or delivery operations preferred.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
