  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate ATS data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Mentor or guide junior recruiters and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong focus on engineering or environmental consulting roles
  • Proven success recruiting highly specialized technical and professional talent in competitive markets
  • Strong consultative approach with experience partnering directly with business and engineering leaders
  • Deep sourcing expertise using research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and equitable hiring practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data to influence hiring decisions
Benefits:

  • Flexible paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and up to 8 selected holidays
  • Paid parental leave for child bonding
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Basic life insurance with optional additional coverage for employees and families
  • Employee wellbeing and mental health support programs
  • Flexible, employee-owned culture with strong focus on inclusion and growth
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization focused on environmental impact
