Job Title: PMO Coordinator
Job Summary
The PMO Coordinator supports tower and account operations by performing daily tracking, reporting, and administrative functions to ensure accurate execution and service delivery. Working under the direction of the Senior Tower Coordinator, this role assists with ticket management, onsite activity tracking, deliverable review, and maintaining contract-specific knowledge to support account performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Direction
- Work at the direction of the Senior Tower Coordinator to support assigned tower accounts
- Follow established PMO processes, priorities, and escalation paths
Tracking & Reporting
- Perform daily tracking and reporting to monitor tower and account activity
- Update dashboards, logs, and reports related to service delivery, tickets, and onsite activity
- Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate as needed
Ticket & Communication Management
- Answer phones and serve as a first point of contact for inbound requests
- Update, manage, and close tickets in accordance with service standards and SLAs
- Ensure accurate documentation of work performed and ticket resolution
Onsite Check-In Tracking
- Track and verify onsite check-ins for technicians and service personnel
- Ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements
- Escalate missing or inaccurate check-in data promptly
Deliverable Review & Approval
- Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to requirements
- Approve deliverables within assigned authority or escalate for further review
- Ensure deliverables are documented and stored appropriately
Contract Knowledge & Compliance
- Maintain accountability for contract-specific knowledge for assigned accounts
- Ensure activities align with contractual scope, SLAs, and requirements
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance efforts
Work Environment
- Office, hybrid, or remote environment depending on business needs
- May require shift-based coverage or extended hours based on customer requirements

Requirements:Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or PMO support roles preferred
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and tracking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and service delivery concepts
