Description: The Regional Project Developer will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic projects within the designated region. The Regional Project Developer will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects, from inception to implementation. The role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of strategic projects within the designated region
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
  • Prepare proposals for clients
  • Gather vendor pricing for projects
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization throughout project lifecycles
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
  • Ability to size equipment to meet the client's needs.
  • Ability to put Estimate Master together for proposals

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent prior work experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in interacting with cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision making
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

Travel Requirements:

  • Anticipated 50-75% travel within region
  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
