Crosstown Landing, part of the SilverCrest properties, is hiring a Life Enrichment Program Director to lead the development and implementation of activities in this newly built senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership role in a brand new community offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You'll Do:
  • Use your expertise in senior activity programming to develop and implement activities that motivate and engage the senior population and improve quality of life
  • Effectively lead and collaborate with other team members to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all aspects of the activity program are executed efficiently with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
What you will need:
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior leadership in senior services activities or a similar leadership role preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working in a senior environment, with a commitment to resident-centered service
