Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and maintain banking, lending and wealth management relationships with affluent individuals and professional corporations by providing or referring commercial, consumer, mortgage, investment and trust products and services. The primary functions for a Private Banking Officer I are: Business Development/Growth, Individual Portfolio Management, Generating Fee Revenue through deposits, loans and accumulation of Assets under Management; and Quality Service (both Internal and external). The position must keep in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and bank policies. The general customer base and portfolio size are up to 150 customer households.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
- Four-year B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- One to three years of experience in the financial industry
- Four-year B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in the financial industry required

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: PBO I $76,000 - $91,000 base, PBO II $88,000 - $104,500 base.
