Housekeeping and Maintenance Associate | Bent Tree Country Club | Dallas, TX

Reports to: Director, Racquets | Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping and Maintenance Associate in the Racquets Department, where your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall experience of our facility while developing your skills in hospitality and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Racquets Department, including courts, locker rooms, and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Conduct minor maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities as needed
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events or activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and club policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or maintenance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and troubleshoot basic issues
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in addressing tasks
