Job Description
We’re seeking an outside sales representative to design and sell premium outdoor living projects. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can present and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and closing skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!
Compensation:$100,000+ OTE
Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead With Expertise
- Run in-home consultations with both company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Walk clients through a professional design/sales process that results in confident decisions and signed contracts.
- Present premium, high-design projects that excite and inspire homeowners.
Drive Sales Performance
- Hit your monthly revenue targets and close rates.
- Manage your pipeline and report on KPIs using our CRM tools.
Deliver a 5-Star Experience
- Be the face of Peachtree Decks and Porches—professional, warm, and knowledgeable.
- Partner with our team to ensure seamless transitions from design to build.
- Keep clients informed, comfortable, and excited every step of the way.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in high-end home services or residential construction.
- A track record of closing $50k+ deals and achieving monthly sales goals.
- Experience using CRMs and managing a personal sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through.
