Weekend Supervisor – LPN
Aden Senior Living | Ormond Beach, FL
Part-Time | Weekends
Aden Senior Living is looking for an experienced, dependable LPN Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical support to our community on Saturdays and Sundays.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys being hands-on with residents and team members while also serving as the leadership presence in the community on weekends.
What You’ll Do
As our Weekend Supervisor, you will:
Serve as the primary leadership presence in the community during your shift
Support and oversee Care Partners and Medication Technicians
Make rounds throughout Assisted Living and Memory Care
Assist with resident needs and clinical concerns as they arise
Help ensure medications, documentation, treatments, and resident care are completed appropriately
Respond to changes in condition and communicate with families, providers, and leadership as needed
Help troubleshoot staffing or operational issues during the weekend
Ensure team members are following community policies, procedures, and standards
Provide coaching, direction, and support to the weekend team
Partner with the Health & Wellness and community leadership teams to ensure a smooth handoff and follow-up on weekend concerns
What We’re Looking For:
Current Florida LPN license in good standing
Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable supervising and providing direction to team members
Dependable, organized, and able to make decisions independently
A positive, solutions-focused leadership style
Someone who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
Schedule
Saturday & Sunday
