- Develop comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), including use cases, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements such as performance and quality standards.
- Create visual and analytical representations of requirements, such as models, diagrams, equations, or storyboards, to support system understanding.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track, manage, and prioritize requirements from baseline through final system verification and validation.
- Support peer reviews of requirements, system designs, code, and test cases to ensure compliance with documented specifications.
- Develop and maintain requirements management and change control processes.
- Communicate updates, test results, and requirement changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required, along with the ability to operate in secure or regulated environments. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting and managing system requirements across the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software requirements specifications, use cases, and both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to translate complex user needs into clear, structured technical documentation.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with requirements modeling techniques (e.g., diagrams, storyboards, or process flows).
