POSITION SUMMARY
The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Center Court Pickleball facilities operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest standard of cleanliness and functionality. This role supports the overall club experience by maintaining courts, facilities, and infrastructure across all locations. The Facility Manager protects the company's assets, supports club operations, and creates a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for members, guests, and staff, ensuring that all maintenance work, repairs, and facility improvements align with company procedures, safety standards, and operational goals.
PRODUCT
The primary product of the Facility Manager role is a well-maintained, clean, and fully operational facility that enhances the member experience and supports daily club operations.
Key Outcomes
· Pickleball courts are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
· Facilities are consistently clean and organized across all areas of the club.
· Infrastructure — including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fencing, and equipment — functions properly.
· Restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and recovery areas are clean and sanitary.
· Member spaces, including the lounge, café/store areas, and front desk, are well-maintained.
· The exterior environment, including entrances, parking areas, and surrounding grounds, is safe and welcoming.

PROCESS
The Facility Manager follows structured processes to ensure maintenance tasks are completed consistently and efficiently across all club locations.
Daily Operations Management
· Conduct daily facility inspections and walkthroughs.
· Maintain a daily production checklist covering court cleaning and inspections, club cleaning tasks, bathroom sanitation checks, trash removal, and identification of repairs or maintenance needs.
· Communicate urgent repairs or operational concerns to management.
Preventive Maintenance
· Schedule and perform routine inspections of HVAC systems and filters.
· Coordinate pest control services as needed.
· Monitor interior and exterior lighting systems and ensure repairs are completed.
· Maintain court fencing and structural components.
Maintenance Projects
· Manage painting, drywall repairs, and flooring maintenance.
· Coordinate equipment installation or facility upgrades when required.
· Oversee repairs that improve safety, functionality, or facility appearance.
Inventory and Purchasing
· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools.
· Follow company purchase order procedures for supplies and materials.
· Properly document all maintenance purchases and materials used.
Safety and Compliance
· Ensure all maintenance work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct regular safety checks and address hazards immediately.
· Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance work, and vendor services.
PERFORMANCE
Performance in this role is measured through operational effectiveness, facility standards, and adherence to company procedures.
Key Performance Indicators
· Completion of daily maintenance inspections and tasks.
· Timely resolution of maintenance and repair requests.
· Consistent cleanliness and facility condition across all club locations.
· Compliance with purchasing and inventory procedures.
· Accurate documentation of maintenance work performed.
· Completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
· Effective coordination of facility projects and repairs.
Success in this role results in reduced facility issues, improved operational efficiency, and a consistently positive environment for members and staff.
PEOPLE
The Facility Manager works closely with club leadership, staff, and external service providers to maintain facility standards.
Internal Collaboration
· Collaborate directly with General Managers and club leadership to address facility needs.
· Participate in regular facility walkthroughs and operational meetings.
· Communicate maintenance updates, repairs, and facility concerns to management.
Vendor Coordination
· Coordinate with approved vendors for specialized repairs and services.
· Ensure vendor work meets Center Court Pickleball standards.
· Track vendor performance and completion of maintenance work.
Team Communication
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with club staff regarding facility conditions and repair timelines.
· Support coordination with cleaning staff to ensure facility cleanliness standards are maintained.
Operational Support
· Assist with facility planning and improvement initiatives.
· Support leadership in maintaining consistent facility standards across all club locations.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills
· Prior experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or a related field preferred.
· Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
· Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
· Strong communication skills for coordinating with staff, leadership, and vendors.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between club locations.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call response for urgent facility needs.
