Laser Operator

Allegiant Manufacturing is a leading provider of metalworking solutions, including stamping, fabrication, machining, tooling, and value-added assembly. Located in Kansas City, KS, we are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate laser cutting equipment
  • Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality
  • Utilize Mastercam programming software
  • Follow safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
  • Experience operating laser cutting machines
  • Experience with or knowledge of Mastercam programming
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Dependable work ethic and strong safety mindset
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and move throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
