What You'll Do
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality issues.
- Meet daily production and performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work with team members and supervisors to support production needs.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to assemble and handle parts.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
