Job Description
The Padmission Connect Specialist is primarily responsible for the administration of Padmission Connect, HOM’s web-based platform for the management of landlord engagement and housing search assistance. The position acts as the primary HOM administrator of Padmission Connect to expand housing opportunities for housing program participants, including user management, approval of property managers and property-related information, reviewing and updating of information in Padmission Connect to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data, as well as support and training for landlord users. The position coordinates closely with the Landlord Engagement Specialists and Landlord Support Team around landlord relations. Subsequently, this position will compile internal data and collect external data, creating data reports to identify and highlight department outreach opportunities. The Padmission Connect Specialist is a non-exempt position.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Padmission Duties:
Use Padmission Connect to expand housing opportunities for housing program participants, including:
- Reviewing and updating of information in Padmission Connect to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data
- User Management.
- Approval of property managers and property related information.
- Support and training for landlord users.
- Adding prospective properties to Padmission.
- Input and track data as assigned to assist management oversight of the Padmisson Connect database.
- Perform data entry in Padmission Connect for tracking of housing search assistance services.
- Communicate with landlords positively, clearly, and in a timely manner via phone and email regarding Padmission.
- Maintain operations by following techniques and procedures for data entry and providing feedback as needed.
- Assist HOM Landlord Engagement Specialists in marketing the program to new landlords to increase number of participating landlords.
- Coordinate and communicate with HOM Housing Specialists, Landlord Engagement Specialists, Inspection team and other HOM team members to ensure organization-wide data quality.
- Serve as support to community partners (ie. Housing Navigators and TLS Case Management teams) to navigate Padmission Connect.
- Data Compiling and Analysis Duties.
- Collect and maintain market research and data from community and industry sources for Supervisor analysis.
- Compile reports for director and executive level review, including descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
- Aggregate outputs and outcomes relevant to landlord outreach, retention, and feedback purposes, by the Supervisor.
- Assist the Landlord Engagement Supervisor with collecting and organizing surveys and feedback from landlords.
- Data entry accuracy is a must. Previous descriptive and diagnostic data analysis experience with data visualization highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with aptitude for project management and multitasking to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Other Skills and Requirements:
- Team Member will have unrestricted access to sensitive information that may include PII and PHI, which requires adherence to HOM Security and Privacy Policies.
- Team Member may use or disclose PII or PHI through the course of their Financial, and Human Resources duties listed above. All use and disclosure is subject to procedures outlined in Section 1.10 of the HOM Privacy Policies.

Education and Training:
- Understanding and commitment to “Housing First” principles in ending homelessness.
