Job Description
Saratoga Hospital Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in Saratoga Springs, New York.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of a collaborative and patient-centered team dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The APP will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals while maintaining a meaningful level of autonomy in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients.
Position Details
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No weekends or holidays
- Collaborative, team-based environment

Responsibilities
- Obtain, document, and update patient medical histories.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and appropriate preventive screenings.
- Evaluate patients, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
- Prescribe and manage medications and other therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources.
- Participate in patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical projects, and development of standards of care.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and professional competencies.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a clinical resource and educator to staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current or eligible for New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Successful credentialing through Saratoga Hospital Medical Group.
- DEA registration and applicable certifications required or obtainable upon hire.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous ENT experience is welcomed but not required.

Pay Grade: APP
Compensation: $122K-$151k/Yr.
Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to: overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
