This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Implementation Lead based in the United States.
The Partner Implementation Lead will shape and execute programs that enable a global network of partners to successfully deploy technology solutions.
This role owns the strategy and roadmap for partner deployment accreditation and technical continuing education programs.
You will work across product, sales, professional services, partner engineering, and enablement teams to translate technical needs into scalable programs.
The position combines strategic program ownership with hands-on execution, documentation, quality management, and performance tracking.
You will manage multiple initiatives across product lines and partner ecosystems while ensuring programs remain aligned with evolving technology roadmaps.
Success requires strong cross-functional influence, excellent organization, and the ability to turn partner and customer feedback into practical improvements.
This is a fully remote U.S. opportunity with significant visibility and the chance to directly influence the effectiveness of a growing partner ecosystem.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, development, and ongoing maintenance of partner deployment accreditation programs, taking into account product timelines, business priorities, potential impacts, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain technical continuing education programs in collaboration with product owners and partner-facing stakeholders, aligning content with evolving enablement priorities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive accreditation and continuing education documentation, training materials, implementation guidance, and best-practice resources.
- Collaborate with Partner Solution Engineers, Global Architects, Professional Services, and Partner Programs to scope, design, develop, and launch deployment accreditation initiatives.
- Work with Sales Enablement and Partner Solution Engineering teams to define maintenance strategies, evaluate existing programs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to identify technical enablement requirements, connect them to existing programs, and track delivery through to market launch.
- Engage senior channel and direct sales leadership to understand customer and partner needs and translate feedback into enhancements or new enablement solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent certification, accreditation, and technical enablement programs across product lines and global partner ecosystems.
- Maintain high standards for content quality, accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all programs.
- Monitor and report on program performance, including roadmap progress, accreditations achieved, continuing education completion, and other key outcomes.
- Drive successful execution through cross-functional influence, coordinating with legal, operations, sales leadership, product teams, and executive stakeholders as required.
- Maintain strong awareness of product roadmaps and ensure deployment programs, technical materials, and implementation guidance remain current.
- At least 5 years of experience in partner or vendor management, program implementation, or a comparable role.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud-based education, training, technical enablement, or related programs.
- At least 5 years of channel experience, preferably within a technology or partner ecosystem.
- Proven experience successfully implementing and managing partner programs from strategy through execution and ongoing improvement.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders; PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience using project and program management tools to track initiatives, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, operational, and executive functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing complex programs across global partner ecosystems.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and technology roadmaps evolve quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to translate partner and customer feedback into scalable programs and actionable improvements.
- Base salary range of $146,000–$319,400 USD, with starting compensation determined by qualifications, experience, and location.
- Total direct compensation may include base salary, bonus, and equity value.
