Salary Range: $25.00-$28.85/hour plus commission

Location: Tennyson store // Denver, CO
Schedule: Variable schedule, weekend work required

What You’ll Do
Customer Experience- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships, providing product knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage repairs, special orders, and appointments, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom and support visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Product Manager.
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, filing paperwork, and customer outreach.
- Support marketing initiatives and other store projects as needed.
- Serve as the Manager on Duty, confidently leading the store and supporting the team in the absence of the Store Manager while ensuring an exceptional customer and team experience.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, professionalism, and accountability.
- Coach and support team members while helping maintain a positive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, assuming positive intent.
- Identify opportunities to improve store operations and take initiative to solve problems.
- Maintain accurate customer, repair, and sales records in company systems.
- Keep documentation organized and up to date.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of leadership in a retail environment or related experience. Luxury or fine jewelry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to set clear expectations to hold self and others accountable
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all customers
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter who proactively seeks out projects
- Able to create a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
- Works a regular schedule with requests off conducive to traffic levels, season, and fair to hourly expectations (Weekend and holiday availability is required)
