About the Role
The Sales Representative / Advisor is the heart of the Mountain High Appliance showroom experience. You'll work directly with customers — from homeowners and remodelers to designers and builders — to help them find the right appliances for their needs and budget. This is a relationship-first, consultative sales role where your ability to connect with people, learn your product, and follow through consistently will determine your success.

What You'll Do
Engage showroom customers in consultative discovery conversations to understand their needs and recommend the right products and solutions.Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process — from initial visit through delivery and installation.Manage and follow up on your own pipeline of quotes, pending orders, and returning customers.Maintain current and thorough knowledge of product lines, features, availability, lead times, and installation and service options.Process transactions accurately in NetSuite (ERP), including sales, returns, and exchanges.Partner with inside sales peers and the operations team to ensure smooth order handoffs, accurate deliveries, and strong customer communication.Proactively create opportunities during slower traffic periods — reconnecting with past customers, following up on open quotes, and building referral relationships.Optimize warranty, financing, and accessory opportunities where appropriate.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor.Participate in ongoing product training and vendor education sessions.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.What We're Looking For
Required
Previous sales experience — retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales preferred.A warm, consultative approach — you build trust before you close.Strong communication skills: in person, over the phone, and via email.High level of ownership and accountability — you follow through without being reminded.Self-motivated and able to create momentum without waiting for direction.Organized and able to manage multiple customers and open orders simultaneously.Team-oriented — you communicate with peers and operations rather than working in isolation.Comfortable with commission-based compensation and motivated by performance-based earning.Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.Basic proficiency with computer tools and internet navigation; experience with ERP systems a plus.High school diploma or GED required.Must be able to commute to Littleton, CO80122.Preferred
Experience in appliance, home furnishings, kitchen/bath, or luxury retail.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM platforms.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to move objects up to 20 pounds occasionally.Compensation & Benefits
