If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Manage scheduling, labour, and staffing levels to meet business needs
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
• Monitor cash handling procedures, till balancing, and POS compliance
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently while maintaining a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end environment
• Partner with Store Leadership to achieve operational, service, and financial goals
• Ensure company policies, food safety, health & safety, and loss prevention procedures are consistently followed

What we're looking for

• Previous leadership experience in grocery, retail, or a high-volume customer service environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Experience with cash management, scheduling, and front-end operations is preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Perks of working here

• Weekly pay
• Employee discount on gourmet groceries and prepared meals
• Employer-paid benefits for full-time employees
• Flexible schedule
• A dynamic, inclusive workplace that celebrates its people
• Complimentary work swag (we’ll keep you looking sharp)
• Easily accessible store locations
