As a Senior Presales Operations Analyst, you will help a rapidly scaling Solutions Engineering organization operate efficiently and effectively.
You will serve as a trusted operational partner to regional and sub-regional leadership, turning business needs and data into practical actions.
The role sits at the intersection of business operations, analytics, systems, processes, and field execution.
You will manage regional operating rhythms, surface trends and risks, and help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.
You will also identify operational friction and develop scalable improvements across workflows, reporting, systems, and automation.
Working cross-functionally, you will connect field teams with analytics and systems partners to improve data quality, productivity, and self-service capabilities.

- Partner closely with regional and sub-regional Solutions Engineering leaders to understand business priorities, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and continuously improve regional operating rhythms, including business reviews, performance inspections, planning processes, and recurring operational cadences.
- Use existing reporting and business intelligence tools to provide leadership with clear visibility into business health, regional performance, trends, and emerging risks.
- Translate regional data and business insights into actionable recommendations that help leaders determine priorities and make informed decisions.
- Identify operational friction and simplify workflows, processes, and ways of working to create a more efficient and scalable environment.
- Partner with GTM Analytics teams to communicate regional reporting requirements and translate field needs into clear requests for improved self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with GTM Systems teams to improve CRM adoption, data quality, workflows, and tools that support field productivity.
- Drive regional operational initiatives from initial identification through implementation, ensuring solutions are effectively adopted and scalable across the wider organization.
- Connect data, systems, processes, field execution, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and better operational outcomes.
- Take ownership beyond individual tasks by developing a clear point of view on business challenges and proactively recommending solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Presales Operations, or a comparable go-to-market operations role.
- Experience directly supporting regional field leadership within Sales, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or a similar customer-facing organization.
- Strong experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and business intelligence or reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and how data quality, reporting, and systems influence field decision-making.
- Strong business judgment and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret regional performance data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to take business needs and translate them into scalable operational solutions that improve efficiency across multiple teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and establish effective partnerships with senior regional stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments while maintaining ownership and a clear point of view.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to identify connections across systems, data, processes, people, and field execution.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and enthusiasm for scaling operational processes through better data, smarter systems, automation, and AI.
- Direct experience as a seller or Solutions Engineer is a plus.
- Experience scaling business processes within a high-growth organization is highly desirable.
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, systems, sales, and presales teams is advantageous.
- Base salary: $152,000–$209,000 USD annually, depending on location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
