The Diabetes Educator is a professional directly responsible for providing education services to individual and aggregates in the community. The Diabetes Educator must demonstrate effective adult teaching/learning skills. The Diabetes Educator will plan and implement teaching both on an outpatient basis and in the community and wellness oriented learning needs. Excellent public speaking skills are essential. Identifies customers and actively demonstrates our appreciation of the opportunity to serve them.
