Part-Time Position

Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry is a fast-growing, community-focused laundromat committed to providing clean, welcoming, five-star facilities for our customers. We are looking for reliable Part-Time Cleaning & Guest Services Associates to help maintain our stores and provide friendly customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep the laundromat clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Sweep and mop floors and clean doors, windows, and machines
• Empty lint trays and clean soap trays and machine doors
• Clean and restock bathrooms
• Empty inside and outside garbage and assist with snow removal when needed
• Assist customers with basic machine questions
• Report customer complaints, refund requests, and out-of-service machines
• Help maintain a friendly, welcoming, five-star customer experience
