What You'll Do- Assemble commercial cooking equipment and components according to specifications and work instructions. Perform testing of subassemblies before final product assembly.
- Perform testing of subassemblies before final product assembly.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Help maintain production goals while minimizing waste and rework.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
- Mechanical or technical background.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently use hands and fingers to assemble parts and components.
- Bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
