Fraud Supervisor in Aiken, South Carolina at Security Federal Bank

The Fraud Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the bank's fraud prevention and detection efforts across multiple payment channels, including real-time and instant payments (Zelle, RTP, FedNow), checks, and electronic banking transactions. This role overseas fraud strategy, monitoring and resolution - including e-Disputes system and case management - while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
