Cecil Burt - State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is designed for a proven insurance professional who understands the State Farm environment, is comfortable working independently, and knows how to turn customer conversations into successful insurance solutions.
If you have State Farm experience, an active Property and Casualty license, and a strong record of sales performance, this may be an excellent opportunity to grow your income while working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound insurance sales opportunities
  • Develop leads and follow up with prospective customers
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage needs
  • Quote and recommend appropriate Property and Casualty insurance products
  • Build relationships with new and existing State Farm customers
  • Meet sales goals through consultative, value-based conversations
  • Maintain accurate customer and policy information
  • Provide a professional customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Manage daily activities, follow-ups, and pipeline independently

Required qualifications
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Previous State Farm agency experience required
  • Demonstrated insurance sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage a remote schedule
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office environment

Preferred qualifications
  • Life and Health insurance license
  • Experience with State Farm products, systems, and sales processes
  • Experience with lead follow-up and consultative insurance sales
