HR CONSULTANT in Isabela at AGC Consulting

AGC Human Resources is seeking a dynamic HR professional to support our continued growth in the western region of Puerto Rico. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys building relationships, partnering with business leaders, and helping organizations create exceptional employee experiences.

The selected candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients located in Aguadilla, Isabela and surrounding municipalities.

• Act as the dedicated HR consultant for clients across the West Region.
• Provide guidance in employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance matters.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition projects.
• Implement HR programs, policies, and best practices.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Conduct HR audits and support compliance initiatives.
• Deliver employee and leadership training sessions.
• Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with business owners and management teams to solve people-related challenges.
• Travel regularly within the West Region to support client needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico and federal employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the West Region.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or clients is preferred.
