Animal Care Technician in Bolton, Connecticut at Bolton Veterinary Hospital

Bolton Veterinary Hospital is a progressive, fast paced 22 doctor practice with a regional emergency clinic on site. We are looking for full and part time Animal Care Technicians with previous animal handling experience in an environment such as a veterinary hospital, kennel, shelter, or rescue.

Shift hours are 7am-3pm and 2:30pm-10:30pm. Shift assigned according to hospital needs. Working one weekend day also required.

This is an entry level position. Standard duties include, but are not limited to monitoring patient cleanliness, charting in the medical records, walking dogs, feeding, cleaning, laundry and stocking.

Candidates should be motivated with a desire to work in the veterinary field, detail oriented, hard working, reliable, and able to multitask well.
