SR Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR Product Designer based in Brazil.

Join a remote-first technology team building digital products that serve millions of users and help shape the future of education. In this senior role, you will lead end-to-end product design initiatives, transforming complex challenges into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will influence product strategy, mentor fellow designers, and drive design excellence across scalable platforms. Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end product design projects, from discovery and user research through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Create intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
  • Contribute to the evolution and governance of the Design System, ensuring consistency across products and experiences.
  • Mentor and support other designers through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and continuous improvement while measuring the impact of design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as a Product Designer working on digital products, with the ability to independently lead complex design initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, user flows, and modern design tools such as Figma.
  • Proven experience conducting user research, validating concepts, and making data-informed design decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design process, business impact, and high-quality execution.
  • Experience with scalable digital platforms, SaaS, B2B products, fintechs, or other complex ecosystems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Design Systems, accessibility standards, experimentation frameworks, and mentoring practices is highly valued.
