Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for developing business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring the successful adoption of products within the assigned region. The position requires a proactive approach to sales execution, market development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, distributors, customers, and agricultural professionals while representing company values and standards.
  • Execute regional sales strategies focused on acquiring new customers, retaining existing accounts, and achieving commercial objectives.
  • Conduct customer visits to present products, demonstrate solutions, answer technical questions, and provide post-sales support.
  • Manage the commercial negotiation process, generate demand, and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide technical positioning of products according to regional strategies, helping strengthen brand presence and customer trust.
  • Prepare and share sales reports, visit summaries, and market insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Identify customer challenges, analyze potential solutions, and collaborate with leadership to implement effective actions.
  • Increase customer portfolio value by identifying opportunities for additional product adoption.
  • Become a technical reference for key influencers and support the development of biological and natural product solutions.
  • Support technical sales teams and distributors by sharing knowledge and helping them promote products effectively.
  • Participate in field trials, product evaluations, demonstrations, and technical training activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and communicate relevant market intelligence to internal teams.
  • Coordinate and guide field support professionals to improve regional execution.
  • Promote corporate campaigns and strategic products to increase visibility and market engagement.
  • Collect customer documentation related to registration, credit analysis, commercial agreements, and sales processes.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure effective commercial follow-through.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven agricultural professional with technical knowledge, regional market understanding, and the ability to build trusted relationships with farmers and business partners. Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related agricultural field.
  • Knowledge of the local market and agricultural landscape in the region of operation.
  • Residency in the city or region where the position is based.
  • Valid driver’s license category B.
  • Experience working with biological agricultural solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in agricultural sales, technical consulting, or customer relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage field activities.
  • Analytical skills to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve commercial performance.
