Maintenance Technician
Location: Naples & Ave Maria, FL

JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees site inspections, maintenance and repair of buildings centered around the Barron Collier Companies Naples and Ave Maria Development.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains general appearance of building exteriors, common areas, grounds, and roofs.
- Monitors and reports on project activities to the respective Property Manager.
- Performs routine repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, locks and air conditioning systems utilizing commercial service companies as required.
- Mantains awareness of building security.
- Completes safety inspections. Ensure fire protection systems are operational.
- Possesses the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
- Directs deliveries and/or repairmen to appropriate locations.
- Takes alarm calls during off hours.
- Assists in planning, scheduling and mitigation of hurricane preparedness.
- Manage inventory of supplies and organization of maintenance facilities.
- Participates and supports organizational efforts to achieve goals as established by the respective Property Manager.
- Abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. Follows all safety rules and makes use of appropriate safety equipment.
- Communicates with Property Managers and tenants regarding repair timelines and issue resolution.
- Completes work orders using ClickMaint software.
- Participates and attend staff meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be reachable 24/7 for maintenance emergencies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, ClickMaint and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
