This role is designed for a strategic and highly analytical professional who will lead complex financial projects that directly impact operational efficiency and business performance across a large and dynamic ecosystem. You will act as a key reference point for financial product structuring, operational risk management, and strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment between business needs and execution. The position involves close interaction with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, requiring strong leadership, communication, and influence skills. You will work on financial products and payment solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives that generate real value for franchise operations. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and structure strategic financial projects, acting as the main point of reference for initiatives under your responsibility.
  • Design and model financial products and business layers, including payment and credit solutions, with a focus on operational and strategic value creation.
  • Monitor and lead operational health committees, analyzing KPIs and proposing mitigation plans for financial and operational risks.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across franchise financial operations through data analysis and field diagnostics.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across finance, product, treasury, accounting, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, meetings, and strategic forums, ensuring autonomy and accountability.
  • Build executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Measure, monitor, and adjust project outcomes based on financial and operational indicators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in complex project management and continuous process improvement in corporate environments.
  • Strong experience in financial product structuring, business modeling, and operational risk management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly in executive settings.
  • Experience in negotiation and decision-making involving trade-offs and strategic prioritization.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, organization, and delivery focus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, payments ecosystems, or acquiring industry is a plus.
  • Experience in high-performance or consulting environments (e.g., fintechs or financial institutions) is highly desirable.
