Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Area-hybrid in office 3 days/week
We're seeking a highly motivated HR Project Coordinator to join a growing healthcare organization where you'll play a critical role supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRIS systems, and recruitment operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing projects, leveraging data, and making a measurable impact on the employee experience.
In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leadership, helping drive operational excellence across recruiting systems, compliance audits, employee transfers, reporting, onboarding processes, and hiring manager training.
What You'll Do
✔ Serve as a subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support
✔ Train hiring managers on recruitment systems, requisition management, and best practices throughout the hiring process
✔ Coordinate and support talent acquisition projects, interview scheduling, and recruitment operations
✔ Audit and maintain employee records, I-9 documentation, certifications, licenses, and compliance files
✔ Generate and analyze workforce data, recruitment metrics, compliance reports, and ad hoc reporting
✔ Lead employee transfer processing and HRIS transactions within Oracle
✔ Partner with HR and operational leaders to improve processes, workflows, and system functionality
✔ Monitor industry recruiting trends and talent market insights to support hiring initiatives
✔ Act as the primary liaison with HR technology vendors and support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's Degree
-Experience working with Oracle HRIS, Paychex or similar HR systems
-Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
-Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
-2+ years of Human Resources experience
-Experience supporting Talent Acquisition functions
-Experience with ATS platforms and HR technology systems
-Knowledge of compliance, onboarding, and employee record management
