Each guest room blends Palisociety's signature bespoke designs with one-of-a-kind custom details and thoughtful touches throughout.POSITION PROFILE:The Housekeeping Manager keeps Palihotel Hollywood's guest rooms and common spaces spotless and guest-ready — overseeing daily assignments, room inspections, and the housekeeping team. You'll set the standard for cleanliness and lead a team that takes real pride in the details.THE TASK AT HAND:Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations, stepping in hands-on during high occupancy.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, common areas, and offices.Conduct inspections of rooms and public spaces, identifying repair or replacement needs and reporting to management.Train, coach, and — when needed — discipline team members, driving continual departmental improvement.Communicate room readiness to the front desk to ensure timely guest check-in.Interact with guests directly to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.Manage wages, controllable expenses, and departmental financial performance.Lead by example, fostering an open, respectful team culture and championing the brand.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:RequiredStrong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive, service-focused team.Hands-on, critical, and objective approach to problem-solving.Strong knowledge of cleaning products.Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.PreferredMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.PhysicalAbility to stand or walk a minimum of 8 hours, with mobility for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lift up to 40 lbs.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
