Job Description

Senior Product Designer II, Revenue Experimentation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer II, Revenue Experimentation based in Canada.

Join a remote-first product design team shaping subscription growth at global scale.
You’ll design and run high-volume experiments across pricing, packaging, conversion, retention, and monetization experiences.
Your work will sit at the intersection of product design, growth strategy, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll turn ambiguous ideas into clear hypotheses, thoughtful experiences, and measurable tests that inform the product roadmap.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Content, you’ll influence decisions from concept through launch and analysis.
The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on design craft, experimentation quality, and measurable impact.
As part of an AI-native organization, you’ll also use emerging AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, production, and experimentation.

Accountabilities
  • Design and execute a high volume of experiments across subscription and monetization journeys, including trial conversion, trial-to-paid conversion, pricing, SKU routing, churn prevention, and win-back experiences.
  • Transform loosely defined briefs into well-scoped, testable hypotheses by using research, analytics, and customer insights to validate or challenge assumptions.
  • Lead experiments originating from your own ideas while serving as a strategic and creative partner on concepts proposed by Product Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics to establish success metrics, interpret experiment outcomes, and translate findings into actionable follow-up hypotheses.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content, and other designers throughout the full experiment lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through implementation, bug bashes, launch, and results analysis.
  • Present experiment concepts, progress, learnings, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Maintain organized, traceable design work, including clean Figma files, documented hypotheses, decision rationale, and experiment history.
  • Engage engineers early to identify technical constraints and opportunities before they become delivery blockers.
  • Use AI tools as a creative and productivity partner for research, analysis, drafting, prototyping, experimentation, and production work while maintaining full accountability for the quality of all outputs.
  • Share effective AI workflows, automation techniques, and prompting strategies with teammates and continuously evaluate new tools that can improve team velocity and quality.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally including growth, experimentation, subscription, or monetization-focused work.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping and iterating on A/B or multivariate experiments in a fast-moving, high-velocity product environment.
  • Strong ability to work with ambiguity and turn incomplete briefs into well-defined, testable problems and hypotheses using research and data.
  • Proactive, ideas-driven approach with the confidence to generate new experiment concepts rather than relying solely on predefined briefs.
  • Strong strategic and collaborative skills, with the ability to both champion your own ideas and constructively challenge those of Product and other partners.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, Content, Data Science, and Analytics across the complete experimentation lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail, including well-structured Figma files and clear documentation of design decisions and rationale.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with experimentation and analytics platforms such as Statsig, Optimizely, Amplitude, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong visual design skills combined with hands-on animation capabilities.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design, research, analysis, prototyping, and production, with a willingness to continuously learn and adopt new capabilities.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experimentation expertise, including problem framing, hypotheses, iteration, design decisions, and measurable business or customer impact rather than only polished final designs.
  • Ability to balance multiple experiments simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design quality and execution.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design rationale, experiment methodology, findings, and recommendations to varied audiences.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary for Canada of CAD $176,000–$207,000 annually, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, knowledge, and location.
  • Equity as part of the overall compensation package.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits for Canadian employees.
  • Supplemental medical and dental coverage options.
  • RRSP with DPSP plan.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Mental Wellness Program and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Flexible paid time off, company-wide holidays, and summer and winter shutdown periods.
  • Learning and development programs to support ongoing professional growth.
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for an effective remote work environment.
  • Free premium membership and connected-device benefits.
  • Remote-first work environment within Canada.
  • Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, direct and respectful communication, customer-centered decision-making, and meaningful impact.
  • Opportunities to work at significant scale on products used by millions of people worldwide.
  • AI-native working environment with opportunities to develop modern AI-assisted design and experimentation practices.
