JOB SUMMARY

The warehouse clerk is responsible for organizing and carrying out the branch's daily operations. They help provide quality customer service while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities to maintain the company's image and achieve set goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle shipping and receiving of merchandise Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service Keep strict control over inventory according to established procedures Follow company policies, including managing warranties and returns Coordinate administrative and operational processes (returns, warranties, documentation) according to internal standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work with the team to support branch operations

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in retail or warehouse work is a plus

Good communication and customer service skills

Organized and able to handle multiple tasks

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, is a plus
