ABOUT THE ROLE

Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a driven and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. You will serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every stage of their case from intake to resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients, providing compassionate support and clear, timely communication throughout their case
• Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring all deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
• Keep clients proactively updated on treatment progress, case developments, and next steps
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and all relevant third parties to keep cases moving forward
• Collaborate closely with attorneys on demand packages, lien resolution, and case preparation
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within the firm’s case management system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English — preferred
• Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal in a personal injury law office strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Client-first mindset with strong problem-solving instincts
• Highly reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with legal case management software is a plus

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Full-time, in-person position — remote work is not available
• Located downtown
