Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join JLab's B2B team, focused on expanding our reseller network and strengthening JLab's presence across the B2B channel.
In this role, you will identify new reseller opportunities, manage and grow a pipeline of resellers and B2B buyers, and deliver compelling sales presentations that build brand awareness in the channel, while partnering closely with the broader B2B sales team, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building instincts, comfort navigating complex buying processes, and the ability to manage a fast-moving sales pipeline with precision.
This role offers the opportunity to play a direct role in expanding JLab's footprint within the B2B and reseller market. You will help shape how JLab shows up to channel partners and distributors, contributing directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Grow and maintain a robust base of reseller contacts and potential buyers within the CRM
- Build trust and brand awareness through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Generate and qualify inbound leads, managing them efficiently to support team sales goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Account & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate, current CRM data, including pipeline management and key performance tracking, to support sales strategy
- Generate and disseminate competitive pricing agreements with distribution partners
- Provide administrative support to the B2B team, including SKU set-up with distribution partners, sending product demos to resellers and end users, and tracking open stocking orders
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel/reseller management, or a related sales role
- Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through close
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals
- Ability to build rapport and understand client pain points across complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, including ability to use pivot tables a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel 5-10% of working time (1-2x per quarter), both locally and nationally, for reseller and partner engagements

Compensation
- Salary Range: $60,000 – 75,000/year, based on experience.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary target bonus of 5% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
