JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Center is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the growth of our marketing technology stack and data tracking infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will drive digital transformation across the organization, building a powerful, centralized marketing engine from the ground up.
The majority of this role centers on lifecycle marketing and automation, owning the lead journey and transforming our marketing operations into personalized, data-driven engagements. Your mission is to centralize our data streams, map our customer journeys, and deliver automated workflows at every touchpoint to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Beyond lifecycle, you'll also lead the buildout of our broader marketing data infrastructure, from centralized reporting and multi-touch attribution to conversion tracking that keep our tech stack optimized and scalable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifecycle Marketing & Lead Tracking: Build and Manage our lead tracking architecture, ensuring full data integrity and visibility from the initial prospect touchpoint to enrollment and retention. Create and deploy automated workflows that maximize each touchpoint down the funnel.
Journey Mapping & Nurture Workflows: Own the end-to-end lifecycle from prospect to retention, mapping key touchpoints across all of our revenue streams to provide a seamless, personalized experience. Build automated workflows for nurture and retention campaigns, including cross-selling related offerings.
Data Integration, Segmentation & Personalization: Lead the integration of multiple data sets and streams into one cohesive, centralized system across the entire customer journey. Own our data tracking standards, ensuring tags and journeys are fully optimized, consistent, and scalable across our marketing tech stack.
Marketing Analytics & Attribution: Centralize our marketing performance data into clear dashboards and reports, create multi-touch attribution reports across our marketing mix, and utilize media mix modeling to improve forecasting and support strategic decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
● 5-7 Years of Experience: Proven track record in marketing operations and marketing automation, with demonstrated success in building and executing journey-based strategies.
● Marketing Automation & Workflow Creation: Expert-level proficiency in automation tools, building workflows from the ground up, automated engagements, and trigger campaigns across the full student journey from prospect to retention.
● Data Integration & Pipeline Management: Expert in building conversion tracking and navigating multiple data sources into one centralized pipeline speaking the same language.
● Multi-Touch Attribution & Analytics: Experience implementing multi-touch attribution across the marketing mix. Centralizing our data, and creating performance reports into KPIs and ROI.
● Lead Tracking & CRM Systems: Expertise in managing CRM and lead tracking software, ensuring accurate data flow from prospect to retention. Experience onboarding these systems is a plus.
● Bachelor's degree required in related field.
ADA Accommodations: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Equal Opportunity Employer: TTC and TTCG are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
