This is a senior product leadership role focused on transforming marketing technology through automation, operational data, and AI.
You will own outcomes across multiple product areas, spanning email, SMS, campaign automation, attribution, reporting, onboarding, and activation.
Your work will help businesses move from manual marketing activities toward intelligent systems that optimize campaigns and demonstrate measurable revenue impact.
You will shape product strategy, prioritize investments, and define the metrics that determine whether initiatives are delivering meaningful customer and business value.
The environment is highly collaborative and fast-moving, with close partnerships across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, customer success, and support.
You will engage directly with customers, test new ideas through structured rollouts, and let evidence guide product decisions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced martech leader to influence a broad product portfolio and explore how AI can fundamentally improve marketing outcomes.
- Own product outcomes across multiple marketing domains, including email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution and reporting, onboarding, and activation, shifting priorities as business needs evolve.
- Develop a strategic perspective on the future of marketing technology, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to use platform capabilities and operational data to create greater customer ROI.
- Translate business objectives, customer feedback, and market signals into a focused and prioritized product roadmap.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, activation speed, engagement, and attributed revenue to measure product effectiveness.
- Lead beta programs and phased product rollouts, using customer feedback and performance data to determine what should scale, change, or be discontinued.
- Engage directly with users to identify opportunities, validate concepts, understand pain points, and represent the product in customer conversations.
- Partner with engineering and design to translate strategy into high-quality, scalable, and user-centered products.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and marketing teams to establish clear product positioning and successful launch and adoption strategies.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI within product development workflows and translate emerging AI capabilities into differentiated product experiences.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product challenges, from strategic definition through execution, launch, measurement, and continuous optimization.
- 6+ years of product management experience, with hands-on martech experience across multiple domains such as email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution and reporting, onboarding, or activation.
- Proven track record of building and launching products in fast-paced environments where priorities and requirements evolve frequently.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong sense of ownership, with experience taking complex problems from strategy through measurable outcomes and optimization.
- Track record of innovation and tangible business impact, supported by specific examples of products or initiatives that materially improved performance.
- Strong quantitative instincts, including the ability to define meaningful metrics, analyze data independently, and make informed decisions when evidence is incomplete.
- Practical fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, writing, prototyping, and other product workflows, along with strong judgment regarding opportunities to embed AI into products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to customers, executives, leadership teams, and public audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in home services, field services, or SMB SaaS is advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, adapting quickly, and maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.
- Competitive base salary:
- Zone 1: $179,900–$269,900 USD for CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA.
- Zone 2: $168,200–$252,200 USD for all other US locations.
