- Analyze sales business health and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for senior management, supporting strategic decisions and investment planning.
- Design, monitor, and interpret key sales performance metrics, identifying performance gaps and developing targeted improvement plans.
- Identify untapped market opportunities and support the design and implementation of sales strategies to capture additional growth.
- Develop and implement sales coverage models for direct sales teams, including territory alignment, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare executive-level reporting to support sales strategy, planning, and organizational decision-making.
- Establish and scale operational best practices that simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and increase productivity for sales teams.
- Manage core sales operations processes, including user setup, territory administration, forecasting, data quality, and system governance.
- Lead enhancements to sales systems, reporting frameworks, and business processes from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and production rollout.
- Deliver training sessions for sales leaders and create change management materials that encourage adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate with global and virtual cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and continuously improve the sales organization.
- Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations, or a comparable analytical function.
- Deep technical expertise with Salesforce and experience working with cloud-based or web-based business technologies.
- Strong data and analytical capabilities, including the ability to synthesize large datasets, identify trends, build reporting frameworks, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience writing queries, manipulating data, and creating stakeholder-ready dashboards.
- Experience with sales processes, forecasting, territory management, coverage models, and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end business systems implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, user support, and ongoing optimization.
- Proven change management and process transformation experience, with the ability to drive adoption across complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed, global, and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities, solving ambiguous problems, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with strong organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to anticipate how product changes, sales policies, and evolving coverage models may affect sales execution and operational performance.
- Experience working in a remote environment is beneficial, with candidates in Mountain or Central time zones preferred.
- Base salary ranging from $89,100–$140,900 USD, with an alternate range of $106,800–$168,900 USD in select locations.
