- Maintain clear communication among retail locations, corporate employees, accounting personnel, and executive leadership.
- Work closely with the Company Controller on operational, administrative, and reporting matters.
- Assist executive leadership with company initiatives, assignments, and follow-up.
- Coordinate projects involving multiple employees, departments, or retail locations.

- Help develop, document, communicate, and enforce company policies and operating procedures.
- Monitor the completion of reports, assignments, and requests from management.
- Address employee performance or workplace concerns promptly and professionally in coordination with Human Resources and executive leadership.
- Help coordinate meetings, training, company communications, and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, customer, financial, and company information.
- Promote a professional, organized, accountable, and solutions-focused culture throughout the corporate office.
- Provide leadership with regular updates regarding operational priorities, employee performance, unresolved concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
