This vital role ensures smooth administrative operations, effective record keeping, and efficient management of human resources and accounting functions, contributing to a positive environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new staff members, ensuring a seamless integration into the community
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to residents, staff, and financial transactions
- Assist with human resources functions such as employee documentation, benefits administration, and compliance
- Support accounting activities, including billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Collaborate with management to improve office procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in office management, onboarding, and record keeping
- Knowledge of human resources practices and basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and relevant management systems
