Dietary Manager – Advanced Health Care of Nashville

Advanced Health Care of Nashville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our skilled nursing team. In this leadership position, you’ll oversee dietary operations to ensure that our residents and patients receive nutritious, high-quality meals that support their health and recovery.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in healthcare or hospital culinary services who is passionate about providing excellent dining experiences in a clinical setting.

Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays (M-F), Weekends, On-Call, 8AM - 4:30PM

• Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the dietary department.
• Ensure meals meet residents’ nutritional needs and comply with physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and train dietary staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support individualized nutrition plans.
• Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control.

• 3+ years healthcare or hospital culinary experience (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
